Huy Pham - Founder & CEO
Huy Pham, brings over 20 years of experience in transforming airport concessions and delivering exceptional dining and retail experiences. IRG, a trailblazing, minority-owned concessionaire certified as an Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) across multiple states, has flagship operations at Denver International Airport (DEN) and Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP).
Throughout his career, Mr. Pham has generated over $1 billion in airport revenue, leveraging deep relationships with industry stakeholders to navigate the complex airport environment and successfully position brands for impactful opportunities. IRG’s diverse portfolio includes award-winning full-service restaurants, quick-service eateries, lively bars, and specialty coffee shops, with each concept tailored to reflect the local culture and flavors of the city it serves.
IRG has partnered with iconic local brands, bringing a distinct sense of place to travelers. Under Mr. Pham’s leadership, the company has expanded its joint venture partnerships to 15 locations, collectively generating over $70 million annually at Denver International Airport. Andres Mora - Director of Business Development
Andres Mora brings over 17 years of expertise in the food and beverage industry, including 11 years in General Manager and Managing Partner roles across some of Denver’s most notable hospitality venues. With a reputation for operational excellence, Andres has led top establishments such as NATIV Hotel, View House Downtown, and Tavern Hospitality Group, where he was instrumental in developing original concepts and driving revenue growth.
In his career, Andres has consistently implemented efficient processes, built scalable systems, and managed budgets for venues generating up to $14 million annually. His comprehensive experience spans all levels of the industry, from entry-level to executive, having been mentored by distinguished operators in cities like Miami, Boston, and Denver. Known for his strategic approach to concept creation and team leadership, Andres has a proven record of success in launching venues and elevating brand profiles.
As Director of Business Development at IRG, Andres leverages his deep industry knowledge and operational insight to cultivate partnerships and drive IRG’s growth. His focus on quality and innovation aligns with IRG’s mission to deliver memorable, high-quality dining and retail experiences for travelers nationwide.
